Description
Situated on the beachfront, Juanita 202 is an open and spacious self-catering apartment for up to 7 people in Margate North Beach, Margate.
Located on the first floor, the sea-facing apartment is accessed by an elevator and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge that opens onto a protected balcony. Enjoying a sea view one of the bedrooms contains a queen-size bed as well as a single bed, and has a bath en suite.
The sea-facing second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 three quarter beds, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, an ice machine, dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the 6-seater dining table, and relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. WiFi is available.
The living area opens onto a balcony with stackable windows, a Weber gas braai, a dining area, and a lounge area overlooking the ocean.
The Juanita complex has a well-kept garden with a fenced swimming pool and a communal braai area. Two undercover parking areas are available in dedicated parking bays and is not accessible by the public.
