Description
Khotso Lodge and Horse trails is located on a 1300 hectare working horse and sheep farm, and is nestled at the foot of the majestic Drakensberg mountain range and is only minutes away from the famous Sani Pass. Use Khotso as your base camp to explore this world heritage site. We will take you on horse trails deep into the mountains, you can hike till you drop, mountain bike, canoe, raft, swim and fish, all experienced in the most amazing scenery.
There is accommodation aplenty on Khotso Adventure Farm. Whether you are needing self-catering accommodation, a bunk bed backpacker style place to sleep, or a spot to pitch your tent and camp or park your over-lander. Khotso has the space and the accommodation facilities for all your adventure or holiday needs.
All our accommodation is conveniently spread out so as to offer a variety of accommodation options. For those who are sociable and vibey, the backpackers or the log cabin is ideal. Families are welcomed to peace and quiet in the rondavels and romance and serenity can be enjoyed in our mountain retreat.
On the farm, there are a wide variety of beautiful horse trails. Also, you cannot afford to miss the trip of a lifetime and explore Lesotho on horseback for a 2 or 3 day adventure. Our horse trail adventures is a major drawing card for you to visit, but our entire area is literally bursting at the seams with wonderful activities and places to visit.
We also offer guided hiking experiences on our farm and in the nature reserves nearby - all fitness levels welcome, and you have the unique opportunity to overnight in a cave! We also offer a multi-day Lesotho hike which is an experience you will never forget!
