Description

Kiewietjie Cottages is located in the seaside village of Sedgefield, nestled between George and Knysna, along the renowned Garden Route in the Western Cape.

Unit no 3 is an open-plan flat furnished with a double bed, and there is a bunkbed in the covered patio area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, and the kitchenette is furnished with a 2-plate stove, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. Other facilities include a TV with DStv Compact Plus and braai facilities outside.

Unit no 2 accommodates 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children) and comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet. There is also a sleeper couch for children in the living area. The unit has a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate stove, fridge, microwave and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The unit has outside braai facilities. A TV with DStv Compact Plus is available.

Guests should bring their own towels. The lights and TV will work during load shedding. There is also a gas stove available.

The property is situated a mere 500 m from the beach and a variety shops and restaurants.

The area surrounding Sedgefield is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Groenvlei Lake is the only fresh water lake in the area and is a popular spot for Bass fishing. Sedgefield’s surrounds are a plethora of fynbos, Lakeside, and forest hiking trails that will keep the energetic entertained for hours.
