Situated 12 km outside of Clarens along the Ash River, Kingsbrook Pods offers unique and charming self-catering accommodation in 2 free-standing pod units which each have a private wood-burning hot tub.
Each pod can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a lounge area. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and directly open up onto the front patio. A bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet are available in each en-suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area features an open-plan design with the kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as a central dining table. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace, a wine cooler as well as an ice machine. For those wanting to get some work done, a work nook with USB ports and free Wi-Fi is available.
Through each pod’s sliding doors, there is a front patio that leads down to an expansive garden with braai facilities as well as a wood-burning hot tub. The patios perfectly overlook the river, making it an ideal spot for a morning coffee. As the pods are situated right next to 6km of river frontage, guests can enjoy fly fishing, hiking, and cycling.
