Situated just a few steps from the beach in Ballito, Kingston Estate 112 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation ideal for a family holiday as it is located in a secure estate featuring a lovely communal swimming pool area.
This spacious ground-floor unit can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge area with comfy seating and wall-mounted TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Through the sliding doors, there is a covered patio that leads to a sunny garden. All guests have full access to the estate’s pool area which includes braai facilities as well as the estate’s gym, laundromat and tennis court.
