The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a mattress for 1 child. These guests share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen, bath towels are provided.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, coffee machine and a central bar with stools. A washing machine AND dishwasher and wine rack are also provided for added convenience. Leading from the kitchen is the elegant lounge area with comfy seating and a TV. Access to free fibre Wi-Fi is available.and smart TV. The fold in doors open up completely to include your access to the break area and view of the marina, or watching the kids play soccer on the lawns.
Glass doors open onto the furnished balcony complete with a built-in braai, all overlooking the canal. Guests can enjoy swimming and kayaking at the lagoon and have access to the playground. Secure parking is provided. For guests wanting to explore the area, Wacky Waterpark is 2 km away whilst the beach is 1.9 km away - only 15 min walk! But if you want a swim...just jump into the Marina in front of the unit or launch your kayak or paddleboat and take a ride in the 7m stretch of the marina!
