Kingswood Close is a beautiful, bright and airy holiday home ideally situated within the Kingswood Golf Estate in the centre of George. It boasts breathtaking views of the golf course and the Outeniqua Mountains, making it a great option to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
This lovely property can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The main en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, while the second bathroom has a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Adjacent to the lounge, there is an enclosed patio with a built-in braai. Through the stacking doors is a lovely patio with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and a Weber braai, which is a great spot for a sundowner or to catch some sun.
Overlooking the 14th green, the location of Kingswood Golf Estate is excellent, being in the heart of George. The estate offers its guests world-class greens, a driving range, walking and cycling trails, a restaurant, and parks for the kids to play in.
