Kommetjie Villa is nestled in the Klein Slangkop Estate, adjacent to the beach and Table Mountain National Park. Tucked into the back corner of the estate, the villa provides a sense of privacy and offers stunning views of the Constantia Mountains, with sea views from the top floor. Guests can enjoy spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation, ideal for a holiday retreat.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a single bed under the stairwell outside the main bedroom, which is more suitable for a child as the rooms are only separated by a curtain. The bathrooms are fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and either a bath and a shower or a shower only.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a 5-plate gas stove, electric oven, four-plate electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, and tea-and coffee-making facilities. The open-plan living area has a dining area and a lounge area with comfortable seating and a fireplace. The living area leads to an enclosed porch with a dining table and a seating area.
Outside, guests can enjoy a fire pit with braai facilities and seating. The house is equipped with a large solar system, ensuring uninterrupted power and Wi-Fi. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, hiking trails through the estate’s nature reserve, birdwatching, and strolls along the pristine sandy beach. The estate also offers 24-hour security, with regular patrols by guards.
