La Dique 2 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious apartment located in Ramsgate, KwaZulu-Natal, ideal for a family getaway.
This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, on suite bathroom, fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the remaining bedroom contains a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom, a bath, toilet and shower.
The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen including a double fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining room table. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with DStv channels with its own smartcard which I connect during your stay.
Private deck upstairs on the deck with a Hot tub, a braai facility(weber braai), gasbraai on stoop of unit and outside braai at the back of building, 2 steel grids in garage no 2, belongs to unit 2 and 3, must go back after use, an undercover communal swimming pool offering a rejuvenating respite from the heat. Additionally, there are 4 water tanks available for water-scarce days.
Secure parking is available on the premises, La Dique protected with beams (armed at 22h00 at night and disarmed at 5h30 in the mornings automatically) and Security company patrols. You have your own beam remote if you need to unarm beams when you walk downstairs at night.
