Description
La Gratitude is a cozy, pet-friendly holiday house in Vermont. A short distance to the beautiful coastal paths of Vermont. There is a children's play park close by making this the ideal family destination with activities for everyone's needs.
The house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms that are furnished with Postherpetic queen-size beds in each. There are 2 single beds in the living area which is ideal for kids. All bedding is 100% cotton percale linen. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, 1 of which is an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The open-plan living area includes a dining room, lounge, TV room, and indoor braai room. DStv can be arranged at an additional cost of R100/day or guests can bring their own decoder with them to have access to the DStv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and washing machine and opens into the undercover braai room and living room. There is a large secluded and enclosed garden for children or furry friends.
There is secure parking for 1 car indoors through an automated garage door and 1 car parking behind a locked gate. Alarm system and armed response. A housekeeper is available on request at an additional cost. Please note that this is a self-catering accommodation. You will also need to bring your own beach towels. There are 6 bath towels available. Please note Vermont is a peaceful village, and noise carries far in these surroundings, so no loud music and partying will be allowed here.
Activities to do or to see include a walk along the Vermont Coastal path to watch the whales and dolphins play, enjoying the magnificent beaches like Onrus Beach, with a safe lagoon swimming for children, paddle boats on the lagoon, visiting the craft market on Saturdays and Sundays and many small shops and galleries. Enjoy a boat trip, deep sea fishing, kayaking, and harbour tours. Go shark cage diving at Kleinbaai near Gansbaai and golfing at Arrabella only 10 km away. Taste world-class Pinot Noir at renowned wine estates.
