Description

La Maison Du Soleil offers self-catering accommodation and is located on the host's property, in the seaside town of Pennington, on the South Coast. The holiday home is ideally situated within 6 minutes walk to beach, about 1,2 km from the ski-boat club where you can have lunch or dinner with a beverage.

The fully furnished double-story home can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a backup power 5kw inverter with 6 550KW solar panels and a 2450 liter water tank with a pressure pump.

The main bedroom contains an extra-length king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. There are 2 single beds in the open upstairs area for the seventh and eighth guests. The first bathroom upstairs is fitted with a shower-over-bath, hand basin, toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet and is downstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, an oven and a hob, 2 plate gas stove, including a 9 kg gas cylinder with a safety regulator and hose, as well as other appliances is available, and there is a pantry area. The living area also features sofas and a Smart TV. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. Free unlimited fiber Wi-Fi is available.

The garden has a rock swimming pool and a braai area in front of the home. Parking is available inside the property. The host resides on the property and will be on-hand to answer any questions or offer assistance with area-related advice.

Please note that a minimum stay of 10 nights is required in peak season and during the school holidays.
