Description
Lawaaiwater is ideal for 4 adults and 3 children and is located in Witsand. The unit boasts a view of the sea and is relatively close to the beach.
The stone cottage has 4 bedrooms. The room on the lower level has a double bed and a wall heater for cold nights. On the upper level is the main bedroom with a double bed, a sitting area, and a small bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin. The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has only a single bed. On the lower level, there is a spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and wash basin.
Bedding is provided, but guests must bring their own towels. There is a fan for the heat and a heater for the cold winter nights.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, and kettle. A gas burner and kettle are provided for use during power outages. For your convenience, the unit also has a chest freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. We also have self-loading light bulbs in most rooms.
There is an open-plan dining and living area with a TV with Compact Plus DStv channels. WiFi is available on request.
The unit has a covered outdoor braai area.
Witsand also has a few restaurants and two shops that can provide you with the necessary groceries.
The Breede River mouth at Witsand offers various activities such as rowing, sailing, and kiteboarding. It is also a fishing paradise with fish such as grunt, cod, rock salmon, elf, and many more.
