Large comfortable house.

Beautiful views. A large rambling home with a lovely large kitchen and so many areas to be comfortable and social with a group of people. Loved the instant hot water available. Perhaps more decent wine glasses needed but honestly the kitchen is reasonably adequately equipped. The microwave is really small. The oven worked well and was a nice size. Better lighting is needed in the downstairs bedroom suite. There were ducklings in the backyard pond that made it so charming, and the fireplaces throughout the house were wonderful. A very comfortable home.

Beautiful scenery, perfect for a large group. The garden and pool make it a dream for summer dinners outside.

Lovely view - the accommodation is needing a lot of attention.

The accommodation is very spacious, well located and with a beautiful view out the back. Unfortunately, it is grubby and has not had a good clean in a long time. Although I understand it is a country home, it is rather run down and I am not sure if the write up accurately portrays the state of the accommodation. The pool table is missing balls and is broken in some parts.

A thoroughly enjoyable weekend was had by all. Breathtakingly beautiful views, tranquility, and comfort. We highly recommend anyone to come to stay!

Weekend away with family.

Enjoyed a winter break away in Greyton with some hiking, visiting the Saturday market and staying warm by the fireplace.

Four seasons, wonderful trails, excellent craft beer, nice morning market, but not enough time.

Large house, ideal for large family. Dog friendly is always a bonus. Nice entertainment area. It would be very nice in summer because of the pool. Lots of lemon trees, so take a lot of gin and tonic with you. High priced so it would be nice to get someone thrown in to do an early morning kitchen clean.

Great family holiday!

The house is amazing! I would recommend it for families, friends and even a work getaway! The house needs a little love, but nothing serious. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and a pleasure to prepare food in! Remember your swimming towels, because the pool is a must! We will be back for sure! Thank you Robyn and Sarie and Olivia!

Beautiful mountain view, but unfortunately the house and garden are neglected.

House has a lovely flow, and ampel of space. Kitchen and bathroom had some plumbing issues. Sadly the house and garden are neglected.

Disappointing. Tired and neglected property.

What promised to be an idyllic escape to the country based on pictures and info was not at all. Absent maintenance ,very poor cleanliness, under-equipped kitchen with old disgusting cookware. Stained ageing linen! The petty crime in area was worrying - the outside beams do not cover complete perimeter, 2 outside doors have faulty bolts/locks. Access would be easy in this property. Lawn around pool overgrown. Will not recommend.

Autumn week away.

Beautiful setting at the edge of town with walking trails into the mountains starting at your doorstep.

Beautiful location - I could have stayed all week! Very tranquil!

The house is in an absolutely beautiful setting. It is spacious, comfortable and clean! Truly a wonderful place to unwind - for young and old. The only small negative is that we found the daily rate a tad high as the house is older and not as glamorous as it looks on the photos - but it has incredible charm - so you quickly find yourself loving the space - but I think that at 10 to 20% cheaper it would be more appealing to a broader set of travellers.

Die huis was regtig baie vuil. Stof en spinnerakke oral. Beide ouers het begin skoonmaak om net 'n plekkie te kry wat skoon is.

Naweek.

Baie mooi en gemaklike huis, pragtige tuin. Die inklok en uitklok kan verbeter in terme van reëlings en kommunikasie.

Lekker naweek saam met ouers en kinders.

Hierdie is 'n lekker huis met lekker geriewe, maar die huis het aandag nodig.
