Description
Linaria Beach House is a beautiful self-catering home in Britannia Bay, situated across the road from the beach, while the greenbelt allows for beautiful sea views. With easy access to long stretches of unspoiled sandy beaches and various attractions in the area, this property is the ideal destination for a family getaway or a fun seaside escape for friends.
This fully furnished house comprises of 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 people. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and is en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. It includes a TV and a patio with partial sea views. The second room has a double bed, while the third room has a double bed as well as a bunk bed. Two single beds are provided in the fourth room. These rooms have a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. A third shower and toilet is located in the garage area.
The kitchen features a breakfast counter with bar stools and is equipped with a fridge, 2-plate gas stove, an electric stove, oven and a microwave. A fridge-freezer, chest freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. The spacious living area boasts 2 TVs with DStv and a fireplace that doubles as a braai area. A separate and second DStv is available in the bunk room.
On hot summer days, guests can take advantage of the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a double automated garage, along with ample external parking, an outdoor cold-water shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a built-in outdoor braai, as well as a portable option. A boma and a children's play area in the garden provide entertainment for the younger ones, while the complimentary table tennis table, darts, foosball, board games and coin-operated pool table ensures entertainment for the rest of the family.
The property is equipped with an inverter to combat power outages, an alarm system with armed response for security, and free Wi-Fi.
