Description
Little Garden Shed is a restored heritage cottage in George and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located 500m from Fancourt in the Garden Route. The house consists of 2 units. The property is fitted with inverters to assist during load-shedding times.
The larger unit consists of 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom fitted with shower, sink and toilet, a kitchen with dining area, living area and a large veranda.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be used as a king-size bed. There is also a day bed in the living area, ideal for a child. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering accommodation with an electric stove with gas plates, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, cutlery, plates and glasses. There is a dining room table with seating for six. The kitchen has a working Dover stove which can be used for heat and atmosphere in the Winter. The unit has a flat-screen TV with full DStv, Netflix and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The smaller unit has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate kitchenette and living area. It is equipped with a small fridge, microwave oven, cutlery, plates and glasses. There is a small dining table with seating for four. The unit has a modern bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a comfortable daybed in the living area. The unit has its own flat-screen TV with full DStv, Netflix and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Little Garden Shed is 7.6km from George Airport and 15.6km from the nearest beach (Herolds Bay). George has excellent shops and facilities and is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. Little Garden Shed is within striking distance of some of the best golf courses in South Africa – Fancourt, Kingswood, Old Bay, and others. From here you can explore the rest of the Garden Route, the Klein Karoo and the Southern Cape's wonderful coastline.
