Description
Sanborg House is a beautiful holiday home with a private jetty set on the banks of the Breede River in Malgas. The double-storey home is located in a secure complex and is the ideal destination for a family or a group of friends seeking a fun-filled getaway.
The house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms located on the top floor of the house. There are 2 bedrooms that enjoy lovely views of the river. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed and share the use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. A standing fan is available in some of the rooms.
Downstairs, guests will find the kitchen and living area which leads to a covered patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living area offers a breakfast nook with 4 bar stools, a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a wall-mounted TV. A second living area leads to the covered patio which boasts built-in braai facilities, an outdoor dining set, 2 sun loungers, and 2 single sleeper couches. The top floor has another lounge leading to the balcony.
The river is a great place for guests to enjoy swimming, tubing, boating, skiing, kayaking, and fishing.
