Lofts at Diaz is a spacious multi-storey self-catering apartment in Mossel Bay, opening to balconies with a beautiful ocean view, looking north towards Seal Island and Diaz Beach. Located a convenient 10-minute walk from Diaz Beach, the apartment is situated on the top floor of The Lofts, a safe and secure complex with a motorised gate and garage.
The north-facing private bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a view of the ocean, and the south-facing private bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The 2 rooms share a bathroom with a toilet, a bath and a separate shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, pressure cooker, and, for convenience, a washer-dryer combo. Fibre internet with a UPS is available, which means that the internet stays on during load shedding. The living area offers 3 couches and a TV with Netflix, opening to a balcony overlooking the ocean, the pool, and the braai area.
The loft section of the apartment comprises an open-plan room, with two queen-size beds and 2 single beds with an ocean view. The separate bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The complex also has a communal swimming pool, a large grassy lawn, and braai facilities.
