Description
Long Island 11 is located in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, is a lovely self-catering apartment situated just across the street from the iconic Thompsons Bay Beach. This makes it an ideal option for a memorable family holiday while fully enjoying the ocean views.
The 2nd floor apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, a toilet and a washbasin. This room also provides access to the balcony with tranquil ocean views. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share a family bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Towels and linens are provided.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table, perfect for family breakfasts. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with DStv. Through the sliding doors, there is a balcony with a dining table and chairs, as well as a Weber braai, which is an ideal spot for guests to enjoy their meals together while watching the sunset.
Guests have access to a double lock-up garage and 1 open parking bay. A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed, including a trailer.
All guests have full access to the complex’s communal swimming pool.
