Luxury Beach Villa provides a unique, luxurious space for families and groups of friends seeking the perfect getaway in Pennington. This modern double-storey house accommodates up to 12 guests and offers an elegant, peaceful atmosphere with stunning sea views.
The house features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, along with a separate guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and basin. The third bedroom contains a double bed, while the remaining bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The third and fourth bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower, while the remaining bathroom has a shower only. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, built-in cupboards, and sliding doors. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied Please note that bath towels should not be used as beach towels.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a second fridge, a microwave, a gas hob, and an electric stove. A separate scullery includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. The living area is open-plan, with the kitchen leading to a 12-seater dining table and lounge area. Upstairs, there is a TV lounge equipped with a DStv satellite and decoder. Wi-Fi is included, and there is a soundbar in the living area. The main floor is open-plan, extending to an eat-on balcony, ideal for entertaining, featuring a Weber charcoal braai. Guests can soak up the sun on the loungers, enjoy drinks at the outdoor bar, or relax in the shade under the wooden lapa. A swimming pool is also available.
There are 2 automated garages and open space for 3 additional cars on the property. The house is fully alarmed, with a secure fence and automated gate for added safety.
