Luxury Cottage is a secluded self-catering cottage set in the garden of a residential property in upper Bedfordview but with its own separate and private entrance from the main house and is ideal for short or long-term stays.
This tranquil garden cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom features a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, air fryer, fridge, deep freeze, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a flat-screen TV. There is a full solar backup system available to power the entire Cottage during load shedding, and a 2 plate Gas Hob for cooking.
The cottage has a private garden, and is fully alarmed and secure with gated security road entrance.
