Magalies Bush Lodge is ideal if guests looking for a rustic getaway in the Magalies bushveld.
Magalies Bush Lodge offers guests a choice of 3 individually decorated chalets, all nestled in the bushveld; Chalet Bosbok, Chalet Springbok and Chalet Rooibok. Chalet Springbok and Chalet Blesbok both sleep 4 people, while Chalet Bosbok sleeps 6.
The chalets are furnished with comfortable single beds which can be converted into king-size beds, and each chalet has a bathroom with a shower. Baby cots are available on request, and linen is provided for convenience. Each of the chalets has a kitchen that is equipped kitchen with a 2 top stove with no oven and a microwave. Each chalet also has a private boma.
The lodge also offers facilities such as a swimming pool, stone pizza oven, a lookout point as well as a wooden playground to keep the children busy. The lodge also has a baby pool as well as a big pool. Please note the pool is not fenced, and supervision is advised. There are walking trails to be explored and a variety of wildlife can be seen ranging from blesbuck, springbok, blesbok, rooibok and more.
Magalies Bush Lodge is approximately 100 km from Johannesburg, 110 km from Pretoria, and 44 km from Rustenburg, ideal for a quick weekend getaway in the veld.
Please note that there is a gravel road of at leat 10 km and the road to the farm is also a gravel road. During the rain season guests in Chalet Bosbok and Sringbok must rather come with a bakkie, SUV or 4x4.
