Description
Maggie May House Boat is a lovely rustic houseboat situated on the Sunday’s River.
The houseboat can accommodate 4 guests, and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge with a sleeper couch. The bedroom has a sliding door. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin and a toilet. There are spare mattresses in the boat for those who want their own bed, as well as a 2-man tent for the upper deck if there is not enough space in the cabin. All bedding and bath towels are provided.
The boat is attached to our jetty at all times. Guests can enjoy meals at A Taste of Africa Restaurant, situated up the road from the boat location. Meals are not included in your stay but the boat does offer self-catering facilities, such as a gas stove, microwave and fridge as well as braai facilities. There is also a grocery store conveniently situated within 500 m from the houseboat.
We do not allow parties or events.
