Maison Fougere is a comfortable home in the very centre of Franschhoek, only 50 m from the Main Road, perfect for entertainment and luxury holidays. Guests can explore these estates on foot, on bikes or bus, even on horseback from Paradise Stables.

The large kitchen is equipped with a professional stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests have access to a separate dining area and 2 sitting areas, both with wood burning stoves. The private garden has a large pool, several al fresco dining areas and sun spots.
Cape Town and Hermanus are just 60 min drive away, Maison Fougère is conveniently situated at the centre of the village and within walking distance of some of the top International restaurants. The Franschhoek area is the gourmet capital of South Africa with more than 60 quality restaurants to choose from. The Wine-tram is a good way to explore the surrounding vineyards and their restaurants.
Franschhoek is renowned for its festivals and events like Bastille Day, Uncorked, Literary Festival, etc.
