Description
Makhato Lodge 5 is a lovely self-catering home located in the Sondela Nature Reserve near Bela-Bela. The Sondela Nature Reserve in the Limpopo Province is a private game reserve just 150 km from Johannesburg, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the bushveld, encounters with zebra, kudu, impala, and giraffe, or indulge in a spot of birdwatching.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are comfortably furnished with double beds, and the bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower. Each room has air conditioning, and linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are also available in the kitchen. The adjacent lounge has comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV with DStv channels. Additionally, there is an entertainment area with an indoor braai, a 6-seater dining table, as well as a pool table.
The entertainment area opens onto a deck with outdoor seating. Outside, there is a boma and a watering hole where animals gather. Undercover parking for 3 vehicles is provided. Sondela offers an on-site restaurant and bar, a farmyard coffee shop, a general store for basic necessities, communal swimming pools, a wildlife center, and a Wellness Spa.
