Maputaland Guest House is situated in the heart of St. Lucia which is part of the iSimagaliso Wetlands Park.

We have 5 bedrooms which have direct access to our tranquil and tropical garden and the sparkling pool. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, are fully air-conditioned - a must in our hot Maputaland summers, have tea and coffee trays as well as hair dryers and a small safe.

Maputaland Guest House is furnished in rich ethnic style to give you a true African atmosphere. Our aim is to provide a Home from Home so you can relax and unwind. All tours and activities, like the Big Five Game Reserve-Hluhluwe/Imfolosi, a cruise on the Estuary to see the hippos and crocodiles and the abundance of bird life, drives to Cape Vidal to discover the marine world whilst snorkelling and spending time on our wide, unspoilt beaches, Whale-and Turtle watching in season, deep sea fishing, horse riding and many more, are arranged for you by the guest house.

The little village, with shops, bank, petrol stations and a good selection of restaurants lies in walking distance, as well as the beach. Before you start your days activities, we spoil you with a continental breakfast buffet as well as a cooked English breakfast. If you want a very early start, we also pack you breakfast and also supply lunch pick-nick baskets on request.
