Description
Marina Point - Port Owen is a triplex unit on the banks of the Berg River, in a secure complex situated in Port Owen. The house shares a jetty with the neighbouring house and has direct access to the waterways in the complex.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, as well as a loft area, and can accommodate 8 guests at a time. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed while the air-conditioned loft has twin single beds. The air-conditioned main bedroom opens onto a private balcony and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and double basin. A second bathroom is located on the second floor and is shared between the remaining bedrooms.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to cater to guests' self-catering needs while the lounge features a TV with DStv and opens onto a balcony with a built-in braai area.
Guests can enjoy boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area.
