Milkwood Cottage is a self-catering home, that is tucked away in a quiet, green valley in the seaside village of Hersham, in the Garden Route. The pristine beach is located approximately 10 minutes walk or a short drive away from the cottage.
The Milkwood Cottage comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. Each bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed; the fourth bedroom is separate and is located outside with its own entrance downstairs, and features its own bathroom. The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, and a countertop stove.
Guests can make use of the braai facilities on the deck or follow a secluded path in the garden to discover the lapa. The lapa is sheltered by trees, and is equipped with an open fireplace and a Weber braai facility. Additionally, the garden boasts an outside shower, a trampoline, swings, and a big sandpit that will keep the children entertained while you relax on the deck. There is also an outdoor bath for guests' use.
Heated blankets and the fireplace in the lounge make the cottage a welcoming getaway during winter months as well. The cottage is situated amongst native trees and the lush garden provides welcoming privacy. Guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, bird watching in the area.
