Mimosa Lodge is situated in Montagu an area known for its hot mineral springs and scenic mountains which makes it the perfect stop on the scenic route between Cape Town, Oudtshoorn, and the Garden Route.
The main building dates back to 1859 and has been carefully renovated to combine old-world charm with today’s modern luxuries. The accommodation on offer is 7 Classic Rooms, 6 Garden Suites, 2 Apartments, and the Orchard Suite. All rooms come equipped with comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath and guests have access to a communal lounge with a TV. Each suite has its own patio or balcony.
Mimosa Multiple Award Winning Restaurant is renowned for its superb cuisine, run by owner-chef Bernhard Hess, the emphasis is on local, fresh seasonal produce. Most vegetables and herbs are grown in their own extensive garden.
