Modern Leisure is a stunning newly built self-catering home situated in Langebaan, in an upmarket neighborhood and only a 5-minute drive to the Langebaan Lagoon, Shark Bay beach, various restaurants, and shops.
This home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and share the use of the bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In a separate scullery, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining table and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV. It also boasts an indoor fireplace. Additionally, guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi and have an uninterrupted power supply during power outages.
The house opens up to the spacious yard with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises.
