Modern Leisure is a stunning newly built self-catering home situated in Langebaan, in an upmarket neighborhood and only a 5-minute drive to the Langebaan Lagoon, Shark Bay beach, various restaurants, and shops.
This home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and share the use of the bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In a separate scullery, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for guests’ convenience.
