Description

Mountain Splendour Eco-Resort is a family-owned and operated resort situated on a tranquil farm, which offers excellent camping and caravan sites. The resort is located in the spectacular Champagne Valley region of central Drakensberg and boasts fantastic views of the majestic peaks.

The Camping/Caravan Sites can accommodate 8 guests and have 60 campsites available. All the camping or caravan sites are spacious and grassed or on a gravel patch that is level. It is well shaded and each site has its own braai and electrical point. These sites have access to communal laundry facilities, a freezer space, as well as a gas and firewood shop. There are communal hot-water ablution facilities that are fitted with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Additionally, the accommodation includes a children’s playground, a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, dartboards and a table tennis table. A favourite for the kids is the extensive animal farms while there are secluded picnic spots, walking trails and a natural pool at the river for those looking for tranquillity. The accommodation has additional units on the premises.
