This double-storey home can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the last four bedrooms are all furnished with 2 single beds. The first shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bathroom contains a bath and the third bathroom contains a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. The living room downstairs is furnished with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a large dining table. The entertainment room upstairs is furnished with ample seating, a TV and a pool table. Both of the living areas open up to outdoor patios that feature seating and a built-in braai.
Guests have access to partial ocean views on the upstairs patio and there is secure parking on the premises. This property is within close proximity to local amenities such as shops and restaurants and is approximately 750 m away from Sandbaai Beach via the Sandbaai Coastal Path, a popular walking route.
