Nivica 25 is a modern self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Oliphantskop, Langebaan. The first-floor apartment, situated just across from the sparkling communal swimming pool, can accommodate up to 5 guests.
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and built-in cupboards, and it offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk bed and built-in cupboards. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island and a separate dining table that seats up to 6 guests. The lounge opens onto a covered patio with stunning views of Langebaan Lagoon. The apartment also has its own private braai.
