Oak Tree Haven can accommodate 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Both the first and second bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, and one of the rooms also has a single bed. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet, while the second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, and tumble-dryer. There is also a breakfast counter with chairs. The dining area offers seating for up to 8 guests, and the lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, a TV with full DStv channels and Showmax, as well as a fireplace. A second lounge features a leather couch and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The house also boasts an indoor entertainment area with a bar and built-in braai. The property is fitted with an inverter and is not affected by load shedding.
