Ocean Heights 3 is a ground-floor self-catering apartment ideally located in the secure Ocean Heights complex in Ballito, just 450m from Willard Beach. The new Steps Shopping Centre with a world-class Checkers and prime steakhouse, Butcher Boys, is located directly next door, 100m away.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet, and wash basin. The second room is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third room contains single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath, toilet, and washbasin.
