Description

Oceanbreeze 13 is a ground-floor Cabana-style, self-catering unit with breaker views. Situated right on the main beach of Winklespruit with direct beach access from the complex.

This modern well-equipped studio unit accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, and comprises a double bed and built-in cupboards in the bedroom area, which can be separated from the lounge area with sliding doors. The open-plan lounge has a bunk bed. There is a table with 4 chairs, as well as a TV with a DStv connection.

The modern kitchen with granite tops is fully equipped for all self-catering needs with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a vanity unit with a basin, and a toilet.

Leading out from the unit is a covered patio with a table and 5 chairs with great views of the sea and tropical garden surroundings. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom as well as lounge areas. Bath towels are provided but guests have to bring their own swimming towels. No smoking is allowed in the unit but smokers are welcome to use the patio for such purposes.

The complex has various braai areas, with tables and chairs. There is also a swimming pool for children, and a large swimming pool. The complex has 24-hour security and undercover parking.

The complex is within close proximity from a shopping centres, medical facilities, and a mere 8 km from the Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti. There are 5 golf courses in the area as well as the world-renowned Aliwal Shaol near Umkomaas for Scuba divers. Durban with all its amenities is a mere 25 minutes drive away and the International King Shaka Airport 60 km.
