Oppikoppie is a neat self-catering unit ideally located in the town of Vanderkloof in the Northern Cape, approximately 1 km from the Vanderkloof Dam. Vanderkloof is located on the Orange River 130 km downstream from Gariep Dam, and near the Rolfontein Nature Reserve.
The unit can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a queen-size bed and an open-plan en suite with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need for self-catering including a 2-plate hob, a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The unit offers a beautiful view of the mountain as well as a partial view of the dam from the kitchen window. The living area contains an additional three-quarter bed for a third guest, a 4-seater dining table and chairs, comfortable couches, and a flat-screen TV.
Sliding doors open to a deck with an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a braai facility. Shaded parking for 1 vehicle is available.
