Overberg Gems - Lagoon View is situated on a small private estate, 8 km from the hustle and bustle of Hermanus, boasting breathtaking lagoon views. This unit is ideal for family vacations and water sports enthusiasts as guests can enjoy the water of the Klein River Lagoon.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, suited to accommodate up to 7 guests. The upstairs main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and shares a guest bathroom fitted with a shower. Bedding and bath towels are supplied and the remaining 2 bathrooms are fitted with showers as well. There is also an outdoor hot shower and bath for those romantic starlight evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The house is perfect for entertaining with a TV fitted with DStv and a lovely verandah where guests can enjoy a braai. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and an 8-seater dining room table. On sunny days guests can enjoy lunches on the large deck which overlooks the Lagoon.
There is also a private mooring for those who wish to bring their motorboat, and a pool just a short stroll on the way to the lagoon.
Hermanus is a popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape. It is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat based whale watching.
