Description

Palms 1 is a self-catering unit situated in a secure complex just 200 meters from the main beach in Strand. This ground-floor unit has its own private garden, allowing guests to unwind. In total, there are only 12 units in the complex, making it very exclusive.

This unit can sleep up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The bedrooms also have air-conditioning.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is available for extra convenience. The living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. There’s also a spacious private patio where guests can relax and enjoy the garden or cool down in the shared swimming pool. Braai facilities and secure parking are also available on the premises.
