Perhentian is a self-contained self-catering unit attached to the owner’s residence but with its own private entrance situated on the mountainside in the quaint holiday town of Gordon’s Bay.
Perhentian can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains comfortable seating. Wi-Fi and a TV with a selection of DStv channels are available. An additional guest can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the living area. Sliding doors open to a private patio area with a built-in braai.
Secure parking is provided behind locked gates. The property is protected by CCtv cameras linked to armed response security.
