Perle unter der Sonne offers 2 modern self-catering units, The House & the Studio. Situated on the Main Road in Paarl, in the Western Cape. Perfect for family or friends looking for comfortable lodging, close to an array of attractions within the Cape Winelands.
The House comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is tastefully decorated with air-conditioning throughout. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and an extra length king-size bed, the second bedroom has a normal king-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second and third room shared a bathroom. The living area is open-plan, and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm, containing a fridge-freezer and a microwave, an oven with a stove, as well as a dishwasher and ample built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery. The dining table has seating for 6 persons, with a comfortable sofa in the lounge that also includes a fireplace and a TV that has selected DStv channels.
The Studio comprises a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom, 2 sleeper couches in the living area and is tastefully decorated. There is air-conditioning throughout the studio. The living area is open-plan and the kitchen is fully equipped, containing a fridge with freezer combo, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine as well as built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery. The dining table has seating for 4 persons, with 2 comfortable sofas in the lounge that also includes a flatscreen TV that has selected DStv channels.
The property has a shared pool area with swimming pool to take a refreshing dip in and several seatings and loungers and we offer braai facilities to make use of.
Parking is available for normal vehicles on the property, and Perle unter der Sonne is within close proximity to all the major attractions in and around the Cape Winelands and is only 40 minutes from Cape Town International airport.
