Pettigrews Place ZPF01 is a truly unique, self-catering luxury home located in the Selborne Golf Estate in Pennington. The holiday home is ideal for golfers and families alike looking for a bit of luxury in an ideal natural setting.
This fully air-conditioned spacious house can accommodate 10 discerning guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and open-plan living areas. Four bedrooms are upstairs and 1 bedroom is located downstairs; the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second, third, fourth and fifth bedrooms each have 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size be, and the fifth bedroom has a child-only bunk bed. Three of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms have access to 2 separate bathrooms. Each bedroom also boasts its own TV, built-in cupboards, bedding and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and a fridge-freezer with an ice-maker. A spacious open-plan lounge has a large, flat-screen TV with full DStv channels and a state-of-the-art sound system with surround sound throughout the house.
Leading off from the lounge, is the billiard room which boasts a large bar area and another TV; there is a dining room with a 10-seater dining table as well. The front verandah has a large braai area, with a table and patio furniture. The garden offers a Jacuzzi overlooking the surrounding forestry, and a play area for the children with swings and a large trampoline. In addition, free Wi-Fi Internet access is available on the property, and there is an exclusive golf cart for guests to use on the estate.
