Pheasant's Rest Guest House offers a comfortable base from which to explore the surrounding attractions in the heart of Aviary Hill, Newcastle. This could be a great option for either business or leisure travellers as it is situated in a quiet suburb.

This guest house offers 10 rooms which can each accommodate 2 guests at a time and all rooms are air-conditioned. Room 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the remaining 9 guest rooms each contain a double bed. All rooms have their own bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath and a shower. Crisp white linen, bath towels and soaps are provided.
