Description
Phiva Game Lodge is located on a game farm in the heart of the Waterberg District and is ideal for a weekend break away with family and friends. The farm is situated 13 km outside the town of Modimolle. The unit is rented as a whole to 1 group at a time.
The lodge comprises 7 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms are in the house, 2 en-suite chalets and 2 rooms outside that share a bathroom. Both bedrooms in the house comprise a queen-size bed and one has a single bed as well. The chalets are furnished each with a queen-size bed and 3 single beds. The one room outside has a double bed and the other room has 3 single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom.
Each room has a coffee corner, as well as complimentary soaps.
There is an extra unit 100 m from the main unit which sleeps 3 guests. It has a fridge, fan, kettle, microwave and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, as well as an indoor toilet.
The lodge also comprises a kitchen and a lounge area. There is a separate lap with a kitchen, pool table, dart board, piano, many board games, full DStv and extra view, braai facilities, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and gas stove. Phiva Game Lodge has solar power and does not experience load shedding. There are only fans in the rooms.
Game drives can be arranged on request. A variety of wildlife can be found on the farm like buffalo, sable antelope, nyala, giraffe, springbok, warthog, kudu, impala, zebra, waterbuck, blue wildebeest, as well as a variety of birds.
Guests can bring their fishing rods and fish in the Donkerpoort Dam. Pets are welcome on request.
