Phumulani Lodge is located on the breathtaking North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is ideally nestled between nature reserves and the magnificent diving and fishing waters of Sodwana. The lodge is situated approximately 4 km from Sodwana Bay Beach, only a 4-hour drive from Durban and about a 7-hour drive from Johannesburg.

The lodge offers 6 chalets of which 4 of the chalets can accommodate 6 guests in each and 2 of the chalets can accommodate 4 guests in each. Each chalet is furnished with 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. All of the rooms have air conditioning and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen and lounge area is well-equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area leads out through glass sliding doors to a wooden deck with patio furniture and a braai area.

The chalets are cleaned every day and laundry facilities are available on-site. There is a fish cleaning facility on site.

Most popular activities in the area include deep-sea fishing and diving, turtle tours, swimming with dolphins, whale-watching picnics at sea, snorkeling, scuba diving, quad bike rides, hiking and safaris, microlight flights, shore fishing and bird watching.
