Picasso Guest Cottage accommodates 1-4 people. The unit has a Double bed in a private room and 2 single beds in the open living area. The second unit, The Den, accommodates 1-2 people as this is a Bachelor unit with 1 Double bed, separate from the Cottage.
Picasso Guest House is situated in Moreleta Park, Gauteng an area best known for its restaurants, shopping center, and iconic attractions which include Moreleta Kloof Nature Reserve and Woodlands Boulevard. This establishment is also 3 km from the Netcare Pretoria East Hospital.
Accommodation comprises 2 units which include The Guest Cottage and The Den. The Guest Cottage is suited to accommodate 4 guests and it comes equipped with a double bed, 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Other in-room facilities include a kitchenette fitted with a microwave and a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, Wi-Fi, and a TV with selected DStv channels.
This unit also comes equipped with a patio, braai area, and its own private entrance.
The facility is not suitable for receiving visitors, due to little parking space and the unit being on the owner's property.
The Den is suited to accommodate 2 guests and it comes equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Other in-room facilities include a kitchenette fitted with a microwave and a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Easy View DStv channels (not the full DSTV package). This unit also comes equipped with its own private entrance.
The Den is not suitable for receiving visitors.
The property has a back-up power system to keep the lights on during load shedding.
