Pikkewyntjie is a beautifully appointed beach house situated in Paternoster, a quaint fishing village situated on the western coast of South Africa. The beach is more or less 75 m from the house. Please note that it is a public beach that can get very busy and noisy during holidays.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Guests make use of 2 shared bathrooms. The kitchen, which is open-plan with to the lounge and dining area, is equipped for a self-catering stay. It features a fridge-freezer combination, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, coffeemaker, and a dishwasher. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table while the lounge offers an indoor fireplace, 42-inch plasma TV with the full DStv bouquet, and PVR decoder. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is provided.
The lounge leads out onto a stoep with 180-degree views of the sea and braai facilities. It also offers an outdoor dining table that can seat up to 6 people. The premises is only 70m from the beach and is security features include burglar bars, security gate at the entrance, and a Trellidor security sliding door at the front door.
Paternoster is a popular tourist destination for people who seek its Mediterranean-style atmosphere, characterised by azure blue waters, lime washed cottages, traditional fisherman’s architecture, and endless white sandy beaches.
