Description

Pip's Place 301 is a stunning self-catering apartment with beautiful ocean views situated in a secure apartment building in the coastal town of Strand. As this is situated across the road from Strand beach, it could be an ideal option for a memorable and relaxing family holiday.

This apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. A shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, air fryer, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Guests can enjoy their meals at the 4-seater breakfast bar while admiring the ocean views.

Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a wall-mounted TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate. Activities nearby include horse riding, wine tasting in the Stellenbosch Winelands, fishing, cycling and bird watching.
