The house comprises 3 bedrooms and also features 2 full bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower. All bedrooms are located on the first floor while the kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. The main bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share the second bathroom. The rooms comprise 2 bedside tables, 2 chairs and built-in cupboards.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, a 4-burner gas stove, electric frying pan, cutlery and crockery for 6 persons.
In the living area, there is a lounge with a 49-inch TV with full DStv as well as comfortable seating.
Each apartment has its own courtyard, outdoor shower and spacious, lock-up, single garage.
The garage is eight metres long and equipped with a freezer and washing machine. An additional open garage is available for guests travelling with two cars by prior arrangement.
