Plotsklaps Self Catering offers self-catering accommodation on the owners' property in a cottage in Tokai, Zwaanswyk. The property is located close to Steenberg Golf Estate and the Tokai Forest. The Muizenberg Beach is an easy drive away. There is a generator on-site.
The double-storey cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults with a child and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen with a separate dining- and living area. The main air-conditioned bedroom is upstairs and contains a king-size bed as well as a single bed for 1 child and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a double shower. The second bedroom is located downstairs and contains a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an eye-level stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has seating space for 6 people and places to sit and relax. The lounge downstairs can accommodate 5 people comfortably. There is a television, a collection of DVDs for adults and children, plus a few toys for the young. Free Wi-Fi is available. The sitting and dining area has air conditioning.
The lounge leads to a gated patio area with a table and seating for 6, perfect for outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cottage shares access to the garden, Lapa, and swimming pool. There is secure parking for cars within a gated driveway.
The property is situated in a very secure area that is fenced and has 24-hour security.
